Inspired by modernism and its prime High Line location, The Emerson offers exceptional privacy in the heart of West Chelsea. Just seven full-floor residences and a duplex penthouse, all with remarkable outdoor space, have been designed by architect-developer GDSNY.
Feature Lighting
L’Observatoire, the internationally renowned lighting design firm that created the lighting strategy for the High Line in addition to dozens of other high-profile cultural, institutional and commercial projects around the world, has collaborated on the project to create a thoughtful lighting scheme on the interiors of every unit, as well as an iconic nighttime scheme that illuminates the building while also linking it conceptually to the High Line.
